How do I open an account?
  • Retailers and breakers wishing to open an account with World Tradr must first complete our New Accounts Survey. Please note that this survey is not a new account application; it allows us to determine whether your business meets our requirements and qualifies to move forward in the account process.
     
  • We will review your survey and respond with the results. If approved, you will be eligible to proceed to the application process.
How do I maintain my account?
  • You are not obligated to purchase products to maintain an account.
  • However, we reserve the right to remove your account if there is no purchase history within 365 days.
  • We do not accept payments over the phone or email.
  • All payments must be made in USD funds via PayPal, ACH, or other approved methods.
What about shipping?
-We ship with DHL, UPS, and FedEx for all domestic and international orders.
-Shipping costs are based on package dimensions (L x W x H), weight, and shipping location.
-All shipments include tracking, which will be updated on your shipping invoice.
-The customs invoice will be your purchase invoice for your order.
-To declare a lower package value for customs, please order only the number of cases or boxes you'd like reflected on the customs invoice.
-We do not edit purchase orders, as your package requires an invoice for customs declaration.
What's the status of my order?
  • Once your order has been placed and payment processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or edited.
  • All orders will ship once your shipping payment has been received (shipping is not included in your purchase price).
  • Product configurations, images, and availability are subject to change at the manufacturer's discretion.
What's the return policy?
  • All orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
What's the privacy policy?
  • We will not sell, share, or use your information with any third party.
